The invention relates to a capping head assembly with a constant torsion. The capping head assembly comprises a close cover, a buffer mechanism, a magnetic sleeve, a rotating assembly and a cap grasping assembly, wherein the magnetic sleeve is connected with the close cover through the buffer mechanism and can rotate synchronously with the close cover, the rotating assembly comprises a magnetic rotating sleeve, an inner magnetic ring is nested inside the magnetic sleeve, the magnetic rotating sleeve is provided with an outer magnetic ring, both the inner and outer magnetic rings are provided with a plurality of magnets, these magnets are uniformly arranged into a circle, magnetic poles of two adjacent magnets at the same side are opposite, and the number of magnets in the outer and inner magnetic rings is the same. The close cover and the magnetic sleeve rotate along with a motor, thus to drive the rotating assembly and the cap grasping assembly to rotate synchronously, achieving a sealing effect. When the close cover gets to position or receives a set torque, the close cover and the magnetic sleeve continue rotating whereas the rotating assembly stops rotating with the magnetic sleeve, thereby avoiding over-twisting. When magnetic poles are switched, pulses can be removed to the largest extent, a constant torsion is guaranteed, the cap is protected from over-twisting when being closed.
