The light-emitting diode lamp comprises a pedestal, a light-emitting diode module, a first light-reflecting device and a second light-reflecting device, wherein the light-emitting diode module, the first light-reflecting device and the second light-reflecting device are arranged in the pedestal; the first light-reflecting device is arranged on the light-emitting diode module; the second light-reflecting device is arranged on the side edge of the light-emitting diode module; and the first light-reflecting device and the second light-reflecting device can reflect the light emitted by the light-emitting diode module outside the pedestal. Because the first light-reflecting device is arranged on the light-emitting diode module, the light-emitting diode module can be prevented from directly entering a visual field and glare is prevented; at the same time, the light emitted by the light-emitting diode module can be uniformly reflected outside the pedestal by reasonably arranging the second light-reflecting device, and then the effects of no glare and uniform illumination are achieved.
