The method disclosed by the invention comprises the following steps of: firstly, receiving a resource access request through a resource access interface, wherein the resource access request includes a URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of a storage position of a data resource indicating an accessed MO (Management Object); secondly, referring to a mapping relationship between a pre-built MO data resource access request and a DM (Data Management) instruction, converting the resource access request for the MO data resource into the corresponding DM instruction, and determining MO information corresponding to the accessed MO data according to the mapping relationship between the pre-built MO data resource and the MO information; and finally, sending the DM instruction to target equipment corresponding to the URI to manage the MO information corresponding to the accessed MO data.
