In the purification device, water and liquid medicine are injected into the purification tube from the flow divider by utilizing a high-pressure pump, and mixed solution in the purification tube is subjected to the action of a magnetic field generated by the permanent magnet and ions generated by the ionic electrode and is heated by the electric heater, so that the mixed solution is sprayed from the spray nozzle to act on cyonophyta tubifex.
