A control enabling signal is added for a transmitting driver of the serial interface by correspondingly installing a control circuit on a serial interface; when two signals are both effective or ineffective, both of the two corresponding control enabling signals are effective; and when one of the two signals fails or is idle and the other signal is effective, the control enabling signal of the fault or idle signal is ineffective and the control enabling signal of the effective signal is effective.
