[0046] Figure 5 An imaging device according to a first embodiment of the present invention is shown. This large depth of field imaging device is composed of a large depth of field imaging lens 1 and a CCD camera 2 (without lens) with a horizontal resolution of 480 lines. The lens 1 includes seven lenses, of which the third and fourth The sheet lens is a cemented lens, the focal length f'=5mm of the lens 1, the field angle 2ω=100° (horizontal 80°, vertical 57°), and the remaining parameters of the lens 1 are shown in Table 1:

[0047] The distance L from the focusing point to the spherical apex of the lens is 250mm. According to the size and resolution of the CCD, the allowable diameter of the circle of confusion δ on the CCD can be calculated as 0.02mm, the aperture value is F=5.9, and the position of the entrance pupil is l Z = 16.0 mm. It is necessary to convert L into the focusing object distance from the focusing point to the entrance pupil of the lens:

Abstract

The invention discloses a camera device with a large field depth and a design method thereof. A lens with a constant focal distance is adopted by the camera device; parameters of a lens optical system are designed by using an object plane at a focusing object distance as required by the later actual working environment as a reference object plane while the initial design of the lens is carried out. In the method, the focal distance of the lens is determined according to an image face size of an imaging apparatus matched for the lens and a view field range required to be observed; and then thefocusing object distance is determined according to a depth range required to be observed; and finally, the reference object plane is selected according to the selected focusing object distance value, and parameter optimization design is carried out on the optical system of the lens according to the reference object plane. The camera device designed by using the method can increase a depth of field without need of inserting an extra element, and has the advantages of no need of focusing and low cost.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an imaging device, in particular to an imaging device with a large depth of field that does not need to be adjusted. The invention also relates to a design method of such a camera device with a large depth of field. Background technique [0002] In today's society, various camera devices have been widely used in every corner of human life, such as surveillance cameras in banks, hotels and buildings, cameras for monitoring road safety, cameras used in movie shooting, and hand-held cameras. These camera setups have long suffered from insufficient depth of field. Depth of field refers to the object distance range measured along the axis of the imager in front of the camera lens or other imager to obtain a clear image. Because the depth of field of the traditional camera lens is relatively small, it is impossible to ensure that the near view and the distant view are clear at the same time. Such as figure 1 As shown, the photo i...
