Abstract

The invention discloses an event trigger based load information reporting method in mobile load balance among different access technologies. The load information reporting method is characterized in that a trigger threshold in a trigger condition of a low-trigger threshold event B is configured into an overload threshold through an operation, management and maintenance entity of a current cell, and a trigger threshold in a trigger condition of a high-trigger threshold event A is determined by the sum of the overload threshold and a slippage factor. Because the slippage factor is introduced in the trigger threshold, the method ensures that the event trigger threshold can be dynamically regulated according to an overload condition of a request cell and a load condition of a reporting cell, thereby improving property of the mobile load balancing, and reducing signaling overhead brought by load reporting information interaction in the network.
