The preparation method comprises the following steps: melting long-acting urea, metering with a meter, using a high pressure sprayer to spray the molten urea solution on quick-acting nitrogen fertilizer, quick-acting phosphate fertilizer, quick-acting potassic fertilizer and solid control agent which are preheated and ground by a drum granulator to perform liquid-phase drum granulation, drying, cooling and screening to obtain a semi-finished product; and then fully mixing the semi-finished product with the cooled and granulated long-acting phosphate fertilizer and long-acting potassic fertilizer to prepare the compound fertilizer. By adopting the compound fertilizer, the nutrient releaserate is basically synchronous to the nutrient absorption rate of each stage of the whole growing process of crops, the utilization rate is 60%-75%, more than 90% of nutrients which are not absorbed cannot be prevent from being lost, the soil environment can be protected and the biochemical characters of soil can be protected; and the compound fertilizer has the function of preserving nutrient andwater.
