Abstract

The invention relates to a pelvic internal fixation unit, which is composed of at least two pelvic internal fixation screws, a supporting rod and at least two fastening nuts, wherein the pelvic internal fixation screw is composed of a fully-threaded screw rod and a U-shaped tube sleeve. The invention further provides the application of the pelvic internal fixation unit. The pelvic internal fixation unit has the advantages that: the operation flows of traditional internal fixation of pelvic fracture and corrective osteotomy are changed so that the two surgical operations are simper in operations; a screw-rod fixation system is used, and the supporting rod can be bent randomly, thereby widening the applicable scope; the supporting rod comes into no direct contact with pelvis, which applies no influence on blood supply at the facture site and at pelvis below the internal fixation unit, therefore, bone union is quickened; the system adopts angle fixation and has good fixation effect, thereby avoiding the possibility of pulling out or loosening the screws; and minimally invasive operation can be realized through subcutaneous tunnel, thereby not only leading to small trauma, less bleeding and fast recovery, but also reducing complications remarkably.
