Abstract

The invention discloses a method and a device for displaying letter keys of a virtual keyboard. The method comprises the following steps of: determining high-frequency letters corresponding to input letters according to the letters input in the literal input process and a corresponding relationship between the statistical input letters and the high-frequency letters, wherein the high-frequency letters are a plurality of statistical letters with higher input probability in a plurality of first letters which are correspondingly input after the input letters are input for multiple times according to the sequencing between letters historically input by a user; and displaying the letter keys of the virtual keyboard, wherein the area of the keys of the high-frequency letters determined from the letter keys of the virtual keyboard is amplified. By adopting the method and the device provided by the invention, the accuracy for clicking the keys and the input speed in the process of literal input by using the virtual keyboard are improved.
