Abstract

The invention provides a method for correcting a table image. The table image comprises table units to be corrected. The method comprises the following steps: matching: matching table units to be corrected with standard table units defined in a preset table template to obtain the table units to be corrected, which are matched with the standard table units; and mapping: mapping the matched table units to be corrected, which are obtained in the matching step, to the corresponding standard table units which are matched with the table units to be corrected, so as to form the corrected table image. The invention also provides a device for correcting the table image. The method and device can be used for correcting image warping in the scanning process, and can also be used for correcting image rotation, zooming, translation and other phenomena in the scanning process, thereby facilitating further treatment on the table image, such as positioning and identification of data filled by the user.
