Abstract

The invention discloses a servo valve which is provided with a main piston (5) and a servo piston (13). The servo piston controls a pressure in a servo chamber and thereby controls movement of the main piston based on a pressure difference between two chambers of the valve. To facilitate opening of the valve by relatively small pressures even in high pressure systems, the servo chamber (7) according to the invention is provided inside the armature (11).
