Abstract
Disclosed is a fiber product which has an excellent photocatalyst function, while maintaining the original texture of the fiber. Also disclosed is a fiber product which has washing durability that prevents an excellent photocatalyst function from being easily deteriorated by repeated washing, while maintaining the original texture of the fiber. Specifically disclosed is a fiber product wherein a zirconium phosphate layer (2) is electrostatically fixed to a fiber base (1) and a photocatalyst (3) is electrostatically fixed to the surface of the surface of the zirconium phosphate layer (2). Preferably, the fiber product comprises a zirconium phosphate multilayer (10) wherein zirconium phosphate layers (2) are laminated with aluminum ions or polyaluminum ions (4) interposed therebetween. A zirconium phosphate layer (2a) that serves as the innermost layer of the zirconium phosphate multilayer (10) is electrostatically fixed to the fiber base (1) with aluminum ions or polyaluminum ions (4) interposed therebetween, and the photocatalyst (3) is electrostatically fixed to a zirconium phosphate layer (2b) that serves as the outermost layer of the zirconium phosphate multilayer (10).
Description
technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a photocatalyst-carrying fiber product and a method for producing the same, and particularly relates to a fiber product having a photocatalyst function excellent in washing durability. Background technique [0002] In recent years, imparting a bactericidal effect, a bacteria eliminating effect, or an antifungal effect to fiber products such as fabrics, knitted fabrics, non-woven fabrics, etc. by carrying a photocatalyst on the fiber products has been actively performed. The photocatalyst present on the fiber surface absorbs ultraviolet rays and exhibits strong oxidizing properties, decomposes pollutants and odors, and exhibits bactericidal effects, bacteria eliminating effects, or antifungal effects. However, it is known that when a photocatalyst exhibiting strong oxidative properties such as titanium oxide or the like is used, it damages the fiber itself constituting the fiber product, thereby lowering the strength and...
