Abstract

The invention relates to a repair technique for a fan blade mould, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: elevating the mould according to a mould standard so as to elevate and adjust an SS surface of the mould in place by using a method of adjusting an anchor bolt; closing the mould; repairing the molded surface of the mould; detecting clearances of the closed mould, and determining the repair volume according to the standard requirement of the clearances of the closed mould; respectively polishing areas with the clearances of the closed mould being 1.5mm more than a standard value, cleaning the polished areas, and manually pasting a plurality of layers of glass fiber reinforced plastics on the polished areas layer by layer; and polishing areas with the clearances of the closed mould being 1.5mm less than the standard value, cleaning the polished areas, repairing the polished areas by using an original mould gel coat system, and wet sanding after a gel coat is cured; and finally, wet sanding, hole sealing and polishing the mould wholly, and carrying out air impermeability detection.
