Abstract

Two sets of steam atomizing assemblies connected with a steam pipeline are fixedly installed at the upper part of a heat shaping pipe. End covers are fixed on both sides of the heat shaping pipe. The centers of the end covers are provided with precursor feeding holes. Two inlet and outlet adjusting plates are respectively installed above and below the precursor feeding holes. One side surface of the heat shaping pipe is provided with two filtering seats, and a first filter screen and a second filter screen are laid in each filtering seat. The other side surface of the heat shaping pipe is provided with a water discharge pipe. Two connecting bases are respectively installed in the filtering bases. One end of each steam pipe is communicated with a steam nozzle, and the other end is communicated with a steam distribution pipe. Both ends of the steam pipeline are respectively communication with the steam distribution pipe and a steam generator. In the invention, fiber is effectively protected through the filter screens, the purity of the polyacrylonitrile precursor is increased, and broken filaments produced in the precursor production process are reduced.
