The maskless femtosecond laser manufacturing method for the super-hydrophobic and anti-reflective surface comprises the following steps that (1) a copper substrate is plated with a film of a nanometer thickness through electron beam evaporation or a magnetron sputtering coating method; (2) through a femtosecond laser direct writing method, patterning is conducted on the copper substrate plated with the film of the nanometer thickness, and the shape of patterning can be controlled through a program; (3) a heating device is used for conducting thermal oxidation treatment on the substrate obtained after femtosecond laser patterning, and then a micro-nanometer composite structure is prepared. Durable super-hydrophobic coating and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a durable super-hydrophobic coating and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) hybrid paint preparation: under low-speed mechanical stirring condition, adding micro nano particles, hydrophobic resin and a curing agent in a volatile organic solvent successively, performing high speed stirring and then ultrasonic dispersion to obtain the hybrid paint; 2) coating semi-solidification: coating the surface of a base material with the hybrid paint and performing semi-solidification; and 3) complete solidification: immersing the semi-solidified coating in a mixed immersion solution of the curing agent and the volatile organic solvent, taking the coating out, and drying the coating to obtain the durable super-hydrophobic coating having good wear resistance. The preparation method has no special requirement for a substrate material and its shape, the coating is suitable for various common base material surfaces such as metal, glass, timber and concrete, the equipment is simple, operation is easy, the cost is low, large-area construction is realized, and the coating has large application value on super-hydrophobic fields of self-cleaning, anticorrosion, mildew resistance, ice and frost resistance, and oil-water separation.

The invention discloses a superhydrophobic coating with a raspberry-like structure composite particle and a preparation method thereof. The superhydrophobic composite raspberry particle has a two-level hierarchical structure, and is composed of a polymer nanoparticle with a diameter of 10nm to 1000nm. The spherical core is composed of multiple smaller inorganic nanospheres attached to it. Among them, the organic spherical core refers to the polymer nanosphere with a diameter of 10nm to 1000nm, and the inorganic pellet is formed by the reaction of the following main raw materials on the spherical core according to the mass percentage: organic solvent: 70.02-90.75%; catalyst: 5.18-8.85% %; water: 5.85-8.89%; silicate: 1.12-2.02%; fluorine-containing silane coupling agent: 0.14-1.54%. Because the composite raspberry particles of the invention have a secondary hierarchical structure, the surface roughness can be increased; and the fluorine-containing silane coupling agent can effectively reduce the surface free energy, and finally a superhydrophobic coating can be prepared. The superhydrophobic coating of the present invention can be coated by various methods, including spraying, scraping, and soaking, without affecting its superhydrophobicity.

The invention relates to a method for preparing a pollution preventing self-cleaning polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) film and a product thereof. The method comprises the following processes: (1) PVDF film preparation; and (2) PVDF film processing with alkali liquor, including an alkali-water solution processing process and an alkali-alcohol solution processing process, wherein the alkali-water solution processing process comprises the following steps: soaking the PVDF film in alkali-water solution with the mass concentration of 20-40 percent; processing at 60-80 DEG C for 2-3 hours and then taking out to wash with water; drying and obtaining the PVDF film; the alkali-alcohol solution processing process comprises the following steps: soaking the PVDF film in alkali-alcohol solution with themass concentration of 2-10 percent; processing at 25-40 DEG C for 3-5 minutes and then taking the film out; washing with water and drying; soaking the PVDF film in proper solution to react at 25-60 DEG C for 3-10 minutes; then taking out and fully washing with water; drying and then obtaining the PVDF film; (3) decorating the surface of the PVDF film by organosilane and preparing the pollution preventing self-cleaning polyvinylidene fluoride film. The pollution preventing self-cleaning PVDF film product is prepared by the method.

The invention discloses a preparation method of multifunctional organic silicon elastic aerogel. The preparation method includes the steps: taking tri-functional organic silane and bi-functional organic silane as co-precursors, taking nano-particles as functional factors, and performing normal-temperature hydrolysis to obtain organic silane sol under existing of a trace catalyst and a surface active agent in an aqueous-phase system; performing reaction at a certain temperature to convert the sol into gel, and separating the sol and the gel to obtain organic silane hydrogel; washing the organicsilane hydrogel by water and/or ethyl alcohol, drying the washed organic silane hydrogel in normal pressure to obtain the multifunctional organic silicon elastic aerogel. The prepared organic siliconelastic aerogel has excellent compressive strength, elasticity and stability, further has various functionalities such as super-hydrophobicity, super-amphiphobic performance, low heat conductivity and high electric conduction and is widely applied to the fields such as heat insulation, oil and water separation, lithium batteries and flexible electronic devices. The preparation method of the aerogel is low in cost, high in efficiency, green and environmentally friendly, and mass production of the organic silicon elastic aerogel is facilitated.

The preparation process comprises the following steps: taking hyperbranched polyurethane and perfluorinated iodine octane-modified silicon dioxide nano particles as raw materials and preparing a function-adjustable and controllable oil/water separation thin film by utilizing electrostatic spinning. The oil/water separation thin film is prepared by controlling the proportion of the silicon dioxide nano particles to the hyperbranched polyurethane; under electrostatic spinning conditions, a fiber diameter and film thickness-controllable filter thin film is obtained, and a relation between a fiber structure and the oil and water separation property is established. When the thin film is subjected to oxygen plasma treatment, the hydrophobic property of the thin film is changed, and the thin film is converted into the hydrophobic underwater oleophobic thin film through the hydrophobic and lipophilic properties, so that a water-in-oil emulsion and an oil-in water emulsion can be separated; due to the characteristics of low surface energy of a fluorocarbon chain and the property of low polyurethane glass transition temperature, when the temperature is higher than the glass temperature of a polymer, a molecular chain segment containing the hyperbranched polyurethane moves, and the fluorine chain is migrated to the surface, so that the function adjustment and control properties of the thin film are realized.
