The invention relates to a preparation method of a hyperhydrophobic PVDF membrane and a product thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1. preparation of a PDVF membrane; 2. plasma treatment of the PDVF membrane: performing the plasma treatment on the PDVF membrane in a nitrogen, oxygen, air, argon or helium atmosphere at a power of 100-200W under a vacuum degree of 8-11Pa for 5-15min; and 3. surface modification of the PDVF membrane: preparing an organosilane solution with a volume concentration of 1 / 10-1 / 3, and placing the organosilane solution in a closed vessel with the relative humidity of 30-60% for use; then placing the PDVF membrane subject to the plasma treatment into the closed vessel, and treating the PDVF membrane by a chemical bath deposition method for 8-12min, or treating the PDVF membrane under a vapor condition by a chemical vapor deposition method for 50-120min; then adequately washing the PDVF membrane sequentially with toluene, ethanol and aqueous ethanol solution at an ethanol / water ratio of 1:1 at the normal temperature; drying at the temperature of 100-120 DEG C for 10-15min to obtain the hyperhydrophobic PVDF membrane. The PVDF membrane product is prepared by the preparation method of the hyperhydrophobic PVDF membrane.

Thereby, excellent photocatalytic action and optical transmissivity can be obtained. Moreover, members composing various structures such as a glass window, which are especially required to have optical transparency, can be further provided with photocatalytic activities.

According to the above method, the stator vane occurred with material deterioration and damages or the like due to operation of a gas turbine can be efficiently regenerated to provide a high quality without requiring to completely grinding and removing the cracks including a closed crack formed at surface of the stator vane.

The invention discloses an oily sludge advanced treatment technology which comprises the following contents: oily sludge in a raw material storage sludge-tank enters a sludge mixing tank; a demulsifier is added to carry out demulsification treatment; demulsified oily sludge enters screw-type sludge dewatering equipment to undergo solid-liquid separation so as to obtain a filtrate and sludge cake; the filtrate enters a two-phase cyclone to be separated; after two-phase separation, excess sludge at the lower layer flows back to the raw material storage sludge-tank, a mixed liquor at the upper layer is sent into a gas-liquid mixing tank to be mixed with the air and then enters a separation pond to carry out primary separation of sump oil and sewage; sump oil is recovered to a sump oil tank by the use of a sludge scraper; sewage enters a filter to separate suspended particles and residual sump oil in the sewage from water; sump oil separated from the top of the filter is recovered to a sump oil recovery tank; and sewage discharged from the filter is sent to a sewage treatment plant to undergo subsequent processing. By the technology, water content of the oily sludge can be reduced from 80-98% to about 50%, and most crude oil in the oily sludge can be recovered. Thus, sludge subsequent processing difficulty is greatly reduced. The technology provided by the invention has a wide range of application, is especially suitable for processing of oily sludge at the bottom of an oil-tank, dross and activated sludge as well as processing of various oily sludge generated from oil exploitation and storage transportation enterprises.
