Abstract

In the method, a fundamental frequency laser (1), optical crystals (2 and 3) and temperature control systems (7 and 8) are involved; two sets of non-linear optical frequency conversion devices are utilized; the temperatures of the two sets of non-linear optical frequency conversion devices are respectively set slightly higher and slightly lower than an optimal phase matching temperature; and when the laser is opened to make a proportion integration differentiation (PID) temperature control system generate temperature fluctuation within a certain range, the crystals in the two sets of systems respectively deviate from and approach the optimal phase matching temperature more, so that the constant overall conversion efficiency is maintained. By the method, the problem of output laser power fluctuation when the fundamental frequency laser is opened to cause the temperature fluctuation of the temperature control systems is solved; and by the implementation method for the laser opening temperature impact resistant non-linear optical frequency conversion, the defect of laser output power fluctuation of frequency conversion laser output power caused by the temperature fluctuation of the non-linear optical crystals when the fundamental frequency laser is just opened through the non-linear optical frequency conversion is overcome.
