Experiment proves that the nicotinic acid derivates can promote follicular growth in the ovary, promote hormonogenesis and endometrial growth and enable women to form a regular period. The derivates have special treatment effects on promoting follicular development and maturing, treating ovarian hypofunction, recovering period and reducing climacteric symptoms.
