Due to the adoption of the emergency rescuing system, a position of an appeal terminal (emergency reporter) can be automatically received by the positioning module, and an emergency plan is provided to police through the emergency response system so as to assist the police to carry out the salvation treatment, so the rescuing efficiency can be improved.
