Abstract

The invention discloses a heavy-hydrocarbon hydrogenation treatment method, which comprises the following contents: an upper flow reactor (hereinafter referred to as UFR) is connected in series with at least one lower flow type fixed bed reactor to be used, and heavy-hydrocarbon raw materials sequentially pass through the UFR and the lower flow type fixed bed reactor, wherein (1) the heavy-hydrocarbon raw materials and hydrogen gas are mixed, are heated to the reaction temperature required by the UFR at a radiation section of a heating furnace and then enter the UFR, the volume ratio of hydrogen to oil at an inlet of the UFR is 150:1-300:1; and (2) the UFR reactor effluents are mixed with the hydrogen gas heated by a convection section of the heating furnace and enter the lower flow type fixed bed reactor, and the volume ratio of hydrogen to oil at an inlet of the lower flow type fixed bed reactor is 400:1-1200:1.
