Abstract

The invention discloses a method for creating a attenuation image of a measured object based on computer tomography CT and an apparatus thereof. The method is characterized by: firstly, establishing a line attenuation coefficient transformation model according to the measured object and creating an initial model parameter to describe the line attenuation coefficient transformation model; using the line attenuation coefficient transformation model to carry out transformation to an image element of a CT image of the measured object so as to obtain an initial attenuation image of the measured object and an initial attenuation projection image; according to the initial attenuation projection image and a continuous consistency condition satisfied by the attenuation projection image and the projection image of radioactive drug distribution, correcting an initial model parameter; redescribing the line attenuation coefficient transformation model by using the corrected model parameter so as to obtain a final attenuation image of the measured object. By using the method, the line attenuation coefficient transformation model parameter can be accurately and conveniently obtained. Therefore, the measured object attenuation image based on the CT can be effectively created.
