Embodiment Construction

[0026] Below in conjunction with embodiment, the present invention is further described; Following embodiment is illustrative, not limiting, can not limit protection scope of the present invention with following embodiment.

[0027] The invention combines molecular imprinted solid-phase extraction technology with gas chromatography to establish a highly sensitive detection method for trichlorfon and monocrotophos. Its specific embodiment is:

[0028] 1. Preparation of molecularly imprinted polymers: Dissolve 1 mmol of trichlorfon and 1 mmol of monocrotophos as template molecules in 3 mL of chloroform, add 8 mmol of MAA, and shake in a shaker for 30 min. Then add cross-linking agent 20 mmol EDGMA (ethylene glycol dimethacrylate) and initiator azobisisobutyronitrile 100 mg, mix thoroughly and ultrasonically for 15 min, pass N 2 15 min. The sealed three-necked bottle was placed in a constant temperature water bath at 58 °C for 24 h. After the obtained polymer was ground throu...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for detecting trichlorfon and monocrotophos, comprises the steps of molecularly imprinted polymer preparation, molecularly imprinted solid-phase extraction and gas chromatography combination system establishment. The prepared molecularly imprinted polymers with high trichlorfon and monocrotophos selection and recognition performance are used as the adsorption materials, thus the defects of poor selectivity of the traditional adsorbent and the like are overcome. By using the molecularly imprinted solid-phase extraction and the solid-phase chromatography jointly, the rapid and sensitive method can be used for widely detecting a trace amount of trichlorfon and monocrotophos. The method for detecting the trichlorfon and the monocrotophos has low cost, simple experimental operation and high sensitivity and is suitable for rapidly detecting a trace amount of trichlorfon and monocrotophos in various products.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for simultaneously detecting trichlorfon and monocrotophos, belonging to the technical field of food safety detection. Background technique [0002] Among the currently used pesticides, organophosphorus pesticides are the most widely used (more than 100 kinds) and the most toxic. Trichlorfon and monocrotophos are broad-spectrum insecticides among organophosphorus pesticides. They have the characteristics of high efficiency, low toxicity, low residue, and good water solubility. They are often used as insecticides to spray on fruit trees and vegetables. Organochlorine pesticides are easier to degrade and have a shorter residual period, but organophosphorus pesticides are also highly toxic. If the pesticides remaining on fruits and vegetables or entering the environment enter the organism, most of them will have harmful effects on cholinesterase in the organism. Inhibitory effect, inhibition of cholinesterase makes it l...
