The method comprises the steps of: obtaining transport protocol information and interface information and outputting the transport protocol information and the interface information to a data processing chip after a transport control chip on the board card receives a command word input through a first interface and analyzes the command word; loading the transport protocol and configuration information stored by a first memory chip to complete initialization through the data processing chip electrified on the board card; obtaining the loaded transport protocol according to the transport protocol information and the interface information, and receiving the transport data to be transported and a system synchronous signal through the first interface; packaging the transport data to be transported according to the transport protocol; outputting the packaged data to a second interface corresponding to the interface information through a level conversion chip; and outputting a transport status word to the transport control chip.
