Problems solved by technology

With the development of the paper industry, the demand for wood resources has increased, which has led to an increase in the cost of traditional broad-leaved wood used for the cultivation of Ganoderma lucidum; tree species such as pine and fir contain aromatic oils, resins and other substances that are not conducive to the growth of Ganoderma lucidum. As a result, the access to wood resources that can be used for the cultivation of Ganoderma lucidum becomes narrow
[0003] Oral liquid dregs are rich in nutrients such as starch, cellulose, lignin, protein, etc., and the humidity is high, which can easily cause a large number of molds to multiply, mold spores spread in a large area with the wind, and the odor gas generated by the fermentation of giant dregs piles, fermentation Leakage of the residual liquid to the water body will pollute the environment
However, to dry and incinerate the dregs of oral liquid medicine requires the establishment of a large-scale drying site in the factory area, which will also generate a large amount of smoke and carbon dioxide.

Abstract

The invention relates to the edible mushroom culturing technology, in particular to a method for culturing lucid ganoderma by using oral liquid dregs. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) crushing of oral liquid dregs; (2) preparation of a culturing material; (3) bag packaging and sterilization of the culturing material; (4) inoculation of lucid ganoderma strains; (5) culturing of mycelia; and (6) management of lucid ganoderma output. Compared with the conventional lucid ganoderma culturing method, the method disclosed by the invention has the following advantages: 1) environmental friendliness: according to the method disclosed by the invention, lucid ganoderma culturing is realized by using the oral liquid dregs, so that the consumption of natural resources, such as woods and the like, is avoided, and the dregs are sufficiently used without polluting environment no more; 2) economy: according to the method disclosed by the invention, waste is turned into wealth, so that the cost for treating the oral liquid dregs is saved, and an economical value is generated by using the oral liquid dregs; and 3) good culturing effect: compared with the conventional lucid ganoderma culturing method, the benefit ratio of the lucid ganoderma culturing method disclosed by the invention is not smaller than that of the conventional culturing method.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a kind of edible fungus cultivation technology, in particular to a method for cultivating ganoderma lucidum by using oral liquid medicine dregs. Background technique [0002] Ganoderma lucidum (Ganoderma lucidum), also known as red lucidum, wood Ganoderma lucidum, Ganoderma lucidum, anciently known as auspicious grass, fairy grass, etc. Ganoderma lucidum usually grows on tree stumps and decayed wood in nature, and is a saprotrophic fungus. Artificial cultivation generally adopts segment wood cultivation or substitute cultivation, and the raw materials used for substitute cultivation are generally wood chips and cottonseed hulls. With the development of the paper industry, the demand for wood resources has increased, which has led to an increase in the cost of traditional broad-leaved wood used for the cultivation of Ganoderma lucidum; tree species such as pine and fir contain aromatic oils, resins and other substances that are...
