The method comprises the following steps of: generating an LDGC (Low Density Generator Matrix Code) matrix according to LDGCs; displacing the LDGC matrix; performing Gaussian elimination operation on the displaced LDGC matrix by using a Gaussian elimination method, and storing a calculation result; acquiring all file fragments of business data, performing exclusive or operation on all file segments, and storing a result of the exclusive or operation; acquiring a lost file segment number according to the result; calculating according to a result of the LDGC matrix which is subjected to Gaussian elimination and the lost file fragment number to obtain a corresponding intermediate variable of the lost file fragment; and calculating the intermediate variable and the LDGC matrix to obtain corresponding lost file fragment data of the intermediate variable.
