Embodiment 1

[0020] A sheepskin dyeing method, comprising the following steps:

[0021] (1) Lay out the skin: Put the sheep skin dyed with the background color face up into the drum, one on top of the other, 100kg in total;

[0022] (2) Add 800kg of room temperature water into the drum and turn it for 1 turn;

[0023] (3) Melt 2kg of dye with 20kg of water, the water temperature is 70°C, add the melted dye to the drum and turn it around for 1 turn, and let it stand for 30 minutes;

[0024] (4) Add 1kg of formic acid and 3kg of color-fixing agent into the drum, turn the drum forward for 2 rounds, then reverse it for 2 rounds, and let it stand for 20 minutes. The color-fixing agent is cyanamide polymer color-fixing agent, the model is R4B;

[0025] (5) Washing for the first time; (6) Retanning; (7) Washing for the second time; (8) Horse riding; (9) Standing; (10) Hanging to dry;

[0026] (11) Falling soft; (12) Stretching; (13) Ironing; (14) Ruler.

Embodiment 2

[0028] A sheepskin dyeing method, comprising the following steps:

[0029] (1) Lay out the skin: Put the sheep skin dyed with the background color face up into the drum, one on top of the other, 100kg in total;

[0030] (2) Add 900kg of room temperature water into the drum and turn it for 2 turns;

[0031] (3) Melt 1.5kg of dye with 22.5kg of water, the water temperature is 80°C, add the melted dye to the drum and turn it 2 times, and let it stand for 30 minutes;

[0032] (4) Add 0.7kg of formic acid and 3.5kg of color-fixing agent into the drum, rotate the drum forward for 3 times and then reverse it for 3 times, and let it stand for 20 minutes. The color-fixing agent is cyanamide polymer color-fixing agent, the model is R4B;

[0033] (5) Washing for the first time; (6) Retanning; (7) Washing for the second time; (8) Horse riding; (9) Standing; (10) Hanging to dry;

[0034] (11) Falling soft; (12) Stretching; (13) Ironing; (14) Ruler.

Embodiment 3

[0036] A sheepskin dyeing method, comprising the following steps:

[0037] (1) Lay out the skin: Put the sheep skin dyed with the background color face up into the drum, one on top of the other, 100kg in total;

[0038] (2) Add 700kg of room temperature water to the drum and turn it for 3 turns;

[0039] (3) Melt 2.5kg of dye with 25kg of water, the water temperature is 50°C, add the melted dye to the drum and turn it 3 times, and let it stand for 30 minutes;

[0040] (4) Add 1.2kg of formic acid and 2.5kg of color fixing agent into the drum, turn the drum forward for 1 turn, then reverse it for 1 turn, and let it stand for 20 minutes. The color fixing agent is cyanamide polymer color fixing agent, the model is R4B;

Abstract

The invention discloses a dyeing method for sheep skin and belongs to the field of leather dyeing. The method comprises the steps of washing for the first time, retanning, washing for the second time, stacking, standing, hanging and airing, softening, stretching, ironing and dimensioning. Before the washing step, the method also comprises the following steps of: (1) skin placement: putting sheep skin dyed with a ground color into a drum, and laminating at least two pieces of sheep skin one by one, wherein a grain surface of the sheep skin faces up; (2) adding normal-temperature water into the drum, and rotating the drum for one to three circles; (3) dissolving a dye in the water, adding the dissolved dye into the drum, rotating the drum for one to three circles, and standing; and (4) adding formic acid and a color fixing agent into the drum, forwardly rotating the drum for one to three circles, reversely rotating the drum for one to three circles, and standing. By adoption of the method, a plurality of pieces of sheep skin which are laminated in the drum cannot be uniformly contacted with the dye, so patterns which are formed are irregular and natural.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a sheepskin dyeing method, which belongs to the field of leather dyeing. Background technique [0002] The traditional artificial dyeing process of sheepskin is complex and complicated, and it cannot be mass-produced, which brings great difficulties to the factory. Though drum dyeing method is arranged in the technology of existing production, all adopt dyestuff that sheepskin is dyed into uniform one color, pattern is monotonous, and natural pattern can not be produced. Contents of the invention [0003] The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a method for dyeing sheepskin. The sheepskins stacked together in the drum of the present invention cannot be uniformly contacted with the dye, so that the pattern formed is irregular and the pattern is natural. [0004] The technical solution adopted by the present invention is: a sheepskin dyeing method, comprising the following steps: washing for t...
