The spring member can switch the direction of energizing force in conjunction with the rotational action of the lid, and is disposed in a manner so as to impart a rotational energizing force to the lid in the direction of opening while the lid is in the open position, and to impart a rotational energizing force to the lid in the direction of closing while the lid is in the closed position.
