The invention relates to an independent orbital transfer of a satellite, comprising (1) star capture step, in which before the satellite establishes orbit-controlled ignition attitude, inertia attitude of the satellite is pre-estimated and satellite attitude is controlled; zero offset of gyro drift and an accelerometer is marked; (2) inertia attitude regulation step, used for establishing the orbit-controlled ignition attitude of the satellite, realizing maneuver of the satellite attitude, pre-estimating the inertia attitude of the satellite and a jet control is used for controlling the satellite attitude; (3) star orientation step, in which after the satellite establishes the orbit-controlled ignition attitude, a stable state control is carried out and a star sensor is used for filtering and correcting the satellite attitude; and (4) orbit-controlled orientation step, in which starting and shutdown control is carried out for a rail-controlled engine; the ignition attitude of the satellite is determined and attitude stable control is carried out in the period of the ignition. The invention solves the problem that spacecraft such as a deep space exploitation satellite transfers orbit, and ensures that the orbital transfer can be completed accurately and reliably.

Washing machine damper

The invention relates to a damper of a washing machine which produces a large damping force for low-frequency vibration while small damping force for high-frequency vibration. A piston (3) coupled with a piston rod (4) is embedded inside a cylinder which is filled with mixed oil liquid and gas, and the piston (3) is infused in the oil liquid. No free piston and other isolators are arranged at the borderline of the oil liquid and gas inside the cylinder (2). The piston (3) is provided with a throttle path (7) communicated with two chambers (2A and 2B). The cylinder (2) is connected with one side of a water tank holding the cylinder, while the piston rod (4) is connected with one side of the shell. For low-frequency vibration during the washing and rinsing process, a large damping force is generated through the resistance of the oil liquid flowing through the throttle path (7) so as to restrain the shaking of the cylinder; while for the high-frequency vibration during the dehydrating process, inflated air is generated actively to reduce the damping force and to absorb the vibration of the cylinder so as to reduce the vibration and noise.

Disclosed is a shipborne image stabilization control method based on a gyroscope. A two-degree of freedom shipborne security and protection pan-tilt with a pitch axis and an azimuth axis on basis of stepping motors is used as an image stabilization platform, two different obtained data alfa x and omega y on the pitch axis are subjected to Kalman data fusion filtering that can optimize operation amount and internal storage, and accurate pitch angle theta pitch, pitch angular velocity omega pitch and roll angle theta roll of the pan-tilt are obtained. The obtained theta pitch is input to an improved PD controller to obtain output angular velocity which can control the motor of the pitch axis of the pan-tilt, and influence of rolling movement of a ship body on course angle of the image stabilization platform can be resolved when an image stabilization system is in a non-balance state. The influence is compensated through controlling over the azimuth angle, and finally, the calculated output angular velocity omega out is transmitted to a bottom layer stepping motor driver through a serial bus RS232 for execution. By means of the shipborne image stabilization control method based on the gyroscope, movement disturbance of a shipborne image pickup system can be compensated, eliminated and inhibited, and thereby, purpose of inhibiting image shaking during shipborne image pickup can be achieved.
