The plastic foam cylinder can be processed according to the length and the diameter of a lamp tube; the packaging sticker is printed according to the outer diameter length of the plastic foam cylinder; and the packaging sticker is adhered to the outer surface of the plastic foam cylinder to complete the packaging of a lamp. The simple energy-saving lamp package commonly has the cost of 0.04RMB to 0.3RMB. The printed sticker has the cost of about 0.05RMB. Compared with the cost of a paper box package, the cost of the simple energy-saving lamp package is saved by 80 percent. A great amount of paper can be saved. The requirement of the energy-saving lamp package on protection of the glass lamp tube can be totally met.
