Abstract

The invention relates to a mounting and transporting tool for a guide bearing bush of a vertical hydraulic generator, comprising a generator main shaft, an upper stand cover plate, a horizontal transporting device and a rotary lifting and carrying device. The horizontal transporting device and the rotary lifting and carrying device are mutually independent; the horizontal transporting device comprises a horizontal transporting runner and a bearing bush tackle; the rotary lifting and carrying device comprises a rotary support, an axial pulley, a radial pulley, a chain block and a chain sliding locker; the axial pulley is arranged at the bottom of the rotary support, the radial pulley is arranged at the middle part of the rotary support, the chain block is arranged at the upper part of the rotary support, and the rotary support is connected with the chain sliding locker by a loop; and during operation, the horizontal transporting runner is fixedly arranged on an upper stand cover plate, the bearing bush pulley block is connected with the horizontal transporting runner in a rolling manner, the bearing bush is arranged on the bearing bush pulley block, and the chain sliding lock is connected with the outer wall of the main shaft of a generator in a surrounding manner. The horizontal transporting runner and the bearing bush tackle realize horizontal transportation of a bearing bush, and the bearing bush can be transported around the circumference of the main shaft by utilizing the rotary lifting and carrying device.
