Abstract

The fluxgate sensor comprises an aluminum shell, a circuit board, a magnetic core, ceramic frameworks and coils, wherein the circuit board and the magnetic core are arranged in the aluminum shell; the coils are wound on the ceramic frameworks; three sensors correspond to the three components; the two components share the magnetic core to form an annular structure; the third component is independently arranged at the central position of the annular structure to correspond to the magnetic core; the centers of the three components are positioned at the same point; and every two components of the three components are vertical to each other. Signal lead ends of the three components are correspondingly connected with the circuit board. Signals are input / output through the circuit board. Each component is formed by splicing two coils and each coil is correspondingly wound on one ceramic framework. The material of the magnetic core is a heat treated thin permalloy belt, and the permalloy belt is wound in square holes in the centers of the ceramic frameworks. Symmetrical arrangement of the sensors is truly realized by the fluxgate sensor, and the centers of the three-axis sensors are truly focused at the same point, so that measurement errors caused by the sensor are effectively reduced.
