First transparent conductors are distributed in a liquid crystal orientation film on the spacer; second transparent conductors are distributed on a liquid crystal orientation film on public electrodes in the display area of the array substrate; and when the first transparent conductors contact with the second transparent conductors, the public electrodes on the color film substrate can be conducted with the public electrodes in the display area of the array substrate. According to the invention, through the spacer, the public electrodes in the display area of the entire array substrate are connected with the public electrodes on the color film substrate, so the problem of uneven voltages on the public electrodes of the color film substrate is solved, and the picture quality is improved.
