Abstract

When the cutting mechanism operates, the driving force transmitting device can enable a one-way clutch to really idle, so as to perform clutch operations normally. A load mechanism (a projection (17) and a plate spring (18)) is arranged at a specific position of a driving force transmitting system for transmitting a driving force from the one-way clutch to a movable cutter driving gear (106), a worm gear (11), a worm wheel (13), and a movable cutter (14). When a first gear of the one-way clutch rotates towards a relaxing direction of a torsional spring arranged in the one-way clutch, the load mechanism applies rotation suppressive load to a second gear. When the first gear rotates, the load mechanism applies the rotation suppressive load to the second gear, thus the torsional spring is set into a state of departing from a ring, the second gear can really idle without rotating along with the first gear, therefore, the driving force is not transmitted from the second gear to the cutting mechanism.
