Abstract

The subject matter disclosed herein relates to techniques to perform a transaction using a memory device, comprising: receiving a transaction command including a transaction request or a plurality of transaction operators; copying original contents of the memory array to a second portion of the memory array; and modifying the original contents of the second portion in response to receiving the plurality of transaction operators of the transaction command.
