The device is characterized by comprising a cover mould spraying pipe and a bottom mould spraying pipe which are staggered forwards and backwards, wherein a plurality of oil spraying holes are uniformly distributed on the upper part of the cover mould spraying pipe in a radial shape, and a plurality of oil spraying holes are uniformly distributed on the lower part of the bottom mould spraying pipe in a radial shape; and an electromagnetic valve is arranged at the oil inlet ends of the cover mould spraying pipe and the bottom mould spraying pipe, and the electromagnetic valve is connected with a programmable controller. The demoulding oil spraying device is arranged on a chain type concrete pipe pile mould conveyor; and the time intervals for forwards moving bottom and cover moulds and moving next bottom and cover moulds are the same, so that the programmable controller periodically controls opening of the electromagnetic valve, and demoulding oil is uniformly sprayed to the bottom mould and the cover mould by the cover and bottom mould spraying pipes.
