Abstract

The press-fitting and locating mechanism comprises a large-head locating mechanism, a small-head locating mechanism and a bush press-fitting and locating mechanism which are all placed on a working table, wherein the bush press-fitting and locating mechanism is pressed and fit with a central spindle having a split structure; a wedge-shaped bush is equipped on the spindle; a circumferential phase angle between a wedge-shaped slope of the bush and a location steel ball is finely adjusted by a stopper screw; a wedge surface phase angle of the wedge-shaped bush is adjusted by a compression screw; and then, the connecting rod bush is pressed and fit into a wedge-shaped connecting rod small-head hole located by the large-head and the small-head locating mechanisms. According to the invention, the press-fitting process is convenient, and the location is accurate.
