Abstract

The invention relates to a hydraulic turret. A cutter shaft is arranged in a shell, and a circular hydraulic cylinder is arranged in outer circumference of the cutter shaft. The front section of the cutter shaft is connected with a movable end-toothed disc and a cutter. A fixed end-toothed disc is arranged at the front end of the shell. The rear section of the cutter shaft is connected with a hydraulic motor through a driven gear and a driving gear. The driven gear is connected with a circular positioning disc and is provided with connecting rods uniformly. The positioning disc is provided with through holes uniformly. The connecting rods are inserted into the through holes. A rubber spring is arranged between the connecting rods and the through holes. Positioning grooves are arranged in outer circumference of the positioning disc. A two-position five-way valve with a valve core rod extending out of a valve body is connected with a side surface of the shell. The valve core rod is in the radial direction of the positioning disc. The valve core rod extending out of the two-position five-way valve is opposite to one positioning groove on the positioning disc. The valve core rod of the two-position five-way valve is provided with cone-shaped valve cores respectively matched with circular valve openings. The angle formed by the normal of the cone and the axis is 5-7 degrees. According to the hydraulic turret provided by the invention, a novel cutter used for the next processing step in a required position can be positioned accurately and rapidly.
