The deicing and anti-icing fluid comprises, by mass, 30-90 parts of at least one organic acid salt, 0.01-10 parts of at least one inorganic thickener, 0.01-1 part of corrosion inhibitor, 0-0.1 part of surfactant, and 10-70 parts of deionized water. Compared with the existing deicing fluid, the road surface deicing and anti-icing fluid has the advantages that the nano inorganic thickener is adopted to improve the viscosity of the deicing and anti-icing fluid; the effective antifreezing time is increased by more than 50%, namely, the time from deicing fluid spraying to invalidation due to natural dilution is extended; and through matching of the organic salt with appropriate corrosion inhibitor, the fluid can be used in an airport environment which has a high requirement for compatibility of materials with the environment.
