The invention discloses an airplane deicing fluid proportioning device adopting electrical heating, which is characterized in that pipelines of a deicing fluid storage tank system and an electrical heating water storage tank system are connected in series; the respective components and arrangement of the two systems are basically same; the two systems are successively connected with electrical valves, variable frequency governor pumps, temperature sensors, flow sensors, pressure sensors, and the like; the pipelines of the two systems are connected through the first flow sensor and the second flow sensor; water and low-temperature deicing fluid adopting electrical heating are mixed; the water storage temperature can be adjusted by adjusting electrical power; and the temperature sensors, the pressure sensors, the flow sensors, the variable frequency governor pumps, and the like are connected to a programmable controller through output signals. The airplane deicing fluid proportioning device has the advantages of high efficiency, environment pollution reduction, resource saving, and subsequent maintenance and operation cost reduction. Meanwhile, personnel in airports can flexibly set the deicing fluid and water proportion, the outlet temperature, the flow, the flow rate, and the like by means of a key mode according to the current weather condition.
