The invention discloses a method for immobilizing human source arginase-1 through surface display. The method comprises the steps of adding signal peptide and charged polypeptide to the amino terminal of a protein cleavage variant (InaK-N) formed on an ice core, fusing human source arginase-1 into the carboxyl terminal, and designing an HA label at the carboxyl terminal; constructing various recombinant plasmids to convert competent escherichia coli cells, so that different genetic engineering strains are obtained; conducting shake-flask culture on the strains; detecting the display efficiency and enzyme activity of human source arginase-1; selecting the strain with the highest enzyme activity for mass culture, conducting efficient L-arginine conversion, and synthesizing L-ornithine. Human source arginase-1 fused in the protein cleavage variant formed on the ice core is effectively displayed on the surface of an escherichia coli cell, so that human source arginase-1 is immobilized. Compared with an original ice core protein display system, the method has the advantage that the display efficiency and enzyme activity of human source arginase-1 are improved remarkably. Compared with a chitin immobilizing method, the method has the advantages that cost is reduced, process is shortened, and purification steps are simplified.

According to the present invention, by improving the three dimensional convective cloud catalysis electric coupling mode, and carrying out the numerical value simulation on the established concept model, the influence mechanism of the city underlying surface aerosol to the thunder and lightning activity is disclosed.

The system comprises a ship hull substrate, an electric insulation, a heat-insulating material, a low-energy-consumption rapid-heating electric heating layer and a micro-nano anti-icing coating. According to the system, on one hand, the disadvantage of the traditional micro-nano coatings that the bonding force between ice and a base body will increase due to surface icing is thoroughly solved; on the other hand, the low-energy-consumption rapid-heating electric heating layer has energy consumption of lower than 2.0W/cm<2> in 30 seconds at a low voltage of 40V or less in low-temperature working environments (-40 DEG C to 0 DEG C), thus, the micro-nano anti-icing coating is heated to a liquid droplet ice-nucleus forming temperature and has the stability of low-temperature electric heating materials, the low-energy-consumption rapid-heating electric heating layer and the micro-nano anti-icing coating are in synergism, the viscous force of water droplets to the surface of the warship is reduced, the degree of icing of the surface of the warship is effectively reduced, and thus, the aim of efficient and low-energy-consumption ice prevention/removal of the surface of the warship is achieved.

A method for identifying a sand and dust cloud mixture comprises the following steps: measuring the particle size of a solid or liquid particle suspended in a gas medium of a corresponding cloud according to an aerosol measuring instrument, and measuring the mass concentrations of particles under different particle sizes; dividing the corresponding clouds into the following types according to the mass concentration of the particles: clear sky, non-sand dust, clouds/rain, sand dust and a sand dust cloud mixture; acquiring a laser radar parameter range and a cloud radar parameter range of a corresponding cloud in a preset area at the same time and in the same space; identifying clear sky, non-sand dust, cloud/rain, sand dust and sand dust cloud mixtures based on the particle mass concentration, the lidar parameter range and the cloud radar parameter range. According to the method, the sand-dust-cloud mixture is accurately identified by utilizing the cooperation of the standard backscattering coefficient of the laser radar, the depolarization ratio of the laser radar and the equivalent reflectivity of the cloud radar, so that the sand-dust is proved to participate in activation as an ice nucleus, and a technical support is provided for deeply researching the interaction between the cloud and the sand-dust and a sand-dust cloud rainfall mechanism.
