The method comprises the following steps of: obtaining the well measuring response characteristics of diabase and an alteration zone, and the wave impedance characteristics of the diabase, the diabase alteration zone and surrounding rocks; carrying out inversion under three-dimensional wave impedance to obtain data on the inversion of the wave impedance so as to predict an interface between the surrounding rocks and the diabase alteration zone within a predicted well area, and carrying out multi-attribute inversion to obtain a natural gamma data volume for predicting an interface between the diabase alteration zone and the diabase within the predicted well area, thus obtaining a crack growing index curve according to the predicted interface between the diabase and the diabase alteration zone and the predicted interface between the diabase alteration zone and the diabase; and finally carrying out multi-attribute inversion to predict the distribution range and the growth degree of cracks of the diabase alteration zone within the predicted well area by taking the obtained crack growing index curve as well measuring parameters.
