Abstract

The invention relates to an air-lift circulating-water algae culture system which comprises a plurality of culture tanks. Each two adjacent culture tanks are in a group. The top of each culture tank is provided with a screw cover which is provided with a drain hole and an air inlet. One end of a drain pipe is inserted into the first culture tank, and the other end of the drain pipe is inserted into another culture tank. A first control valve is disposed at the bottom of each of two adjacent culture tanks and is connected with a tee to form a U-shaped pipe set through a pipeline. The pluralityof U-shaped pipe sets are connected to form the whole algae culture system through pipelines. The air-lift circulating-water algae culture system allows the upper layer of algae and the lower layer of algae to distribute evenly, and accordingly algae sedimentation and adherence to walls are prevented effectively and the algae are promoted to grow fast and healthily. During aeration, the system guarantees cyclic flowing of water. Aeration and flowing are integrated, so that power input is reduced. The air-lift circulating-water algae culture system is scientific, feasible and efficient.
