The method comprises the steps: accessing and mapping at least two heterogeneous networks into a same broadcast domain, mapping each network access to a corresponding access point according to the access types, packaging information and corresponding interfaces, and configuring a corresponding mapping rule; inquiring the mapping rule by a transmitting device when a transmitting list based on an MAC address is generated to obtain an access point corresponding to a message received, and adding the access point to an output interface list corresponding to the transmitting list; inquiring the corresponding transmitting list according to a target MAC address by the transmitting device after receiving a user data message, inquiring the mapping rule according to the access point of the corresponding output interface list to obtain corresponding access type, packaging information and output interface, and transmitting from the output interface according to the access type and packaging information after packaging the user data message correspondingly. According to the invention, double layered mutual communication of the heterogeneous network can be realized.
