Abstract

The invention discloses a method for manufacturing high-quality high-strength cold forging steel with uniform texture performance. The cold forging steel comprises the following chemical ingredients in percentage by weight: 0.30 to 0.50 percent of C, 0.45 to 0.90 percent of Mn, 0.05 to 0.40 percent of Si, 0.70 to 1.50 percent of Cr, 0.03 to 0.50 percent of Mo, 0.015 to 0.040 percent of Alt and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities. According to a rolling process, the tapping temperature of a heated steel blank is 910 to 1,160 DEG C, the finish rolling temperature is 800 to 900 DEG C, and the spinning temperature is 780 to 870 DEG C; and according to a stelmor air-cooled wire control cold process, the steel blank is cooled to be at the temperature of between 520 and 720 DEG C at a cooling speed of more than 5 DEG C/second to enter a cover, and the cooling speed in the cover is 0.2 to 0.8 DEG C/second. According to the method, a rolling and cooling control process is set and optimized reasonably to obtain an ideal texture, the qualified rate of cold upsetting is 100 percent, the problem of the cracking of the cold upsetting of the cold forging steel is solved effectively, the yield of standard components serving as finished products is improved, and the economic benefit is improved substantially.
