Bad conditions of point shape deformations caused by a special permeance function possessed by the detection screen (11) is removed while the projected image reflected on the screen (11) is observed, and simultaneously, a photographic device (12) disposed at the back of the screen is used to take photographs for the permeated projected image. The shape of point images of the projection image permeating an optical component is hard to get obscure, optical properties of the projected image reflected from the optical component and the projected image permeating the optical component can be detected respectively, and the point images can be accurately detected.
