Embodiment 1

[0019] a. Prepare the liquid lactic acid bacteria culture medium to be inoculated: mix brown sugar with undiluted milk without antibiotics in a weight ratio of brown sugar: milk = 1:20, mix and stir until the brown sugar is completely dissolved, and then distribute them in triangular flasks. Seal the mouth with a tampon, wrap it with kraft paper, store it sealed, and sterilize it at a temperature of 110°C for 20 minutes, and then cool it to room temperature to be the liquid lactic acid bacteria medium to be inoculated; brown sugar can also be replaced by sucrose, which can also achieve the purpose of the experiment.

[0020] b. Prepare the inoculum of the liquid lactic acid bacteria culture medium: dilute the milk with water that is 2 times the weight of antibiotic-free milk, then add sucrose in a weight ratio of sucrose:milk dilution=1:28 and stir until the sucrose is completely dissolved. Put the solution in a glass bottle, seal the glass bottle mouth with a rubber stopper, s...

[0027] a. Prepare the liquid lactic acid bacteria culture medium to be inoculated: mix brown sugar with undiluted and antibiotic-free milk in a weight ratio of brown sugar: milk = 1:19, mix and stir until the brown sugar is completely dissolved, and then distribute them in triangular flasks. Seal the mouth with a tampon, wrap it with kraft paper and store it sealed, and sterilize it at a temperature of 105°C for 18 minutes, and then cool it to room temperature to be the liquid lactic acid bacteria medium to be inoculated; brown sugar can also be replaced by sucrose, which can also achieve the purpose of the experiment.

[0035] a. Prepare the liquid lactic acid bacteria culture medium to be inoculated: mix brown sugar with undiluted and antibiotic-free milk in a weight ratio of brown sugar: milk = 1:22 and stir until the brown sugar is completely dissolved, then divide into triangular flasks, bottle Seal the mouth with a tampon, wrap it with kraft paper and store it sealed, and sterilize at a temperature of 115°C for 22 minutes, then cool to room temperature to be the liquid lactic acid bacteria medium to be inoculated; brown sugar can also be replaced by sucrose, which can also achieve the purpose of the experiment.

[0036] b. Prepare the inoculum of liquid lactic acid bacteria culture medium: dilute the milk with water 3 times the weight of antibiotic-free milk, then add sucrose with a weight ratio of sucrose:milk dilution=1:30 and stir until the sucrose is completely dissolved. Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method and application of a composite bacteria preparation for a livestock and poultry fermented feed. Selected lactic acid bacteria are anaerobes which are subjected to homolactic fermentation, mainly comprise enterococcus faecium, enterococcus faecalis and streptococcus thermophiles, are the most common lactic acid bacteria in the livestock and poultry industry; no gas is substantially produced in a metabolism process; a fermentation system is only required to keep better tightness; and the composite bacteria preparation has better applicability for fermentation of most of livestock and poultry feeds. Selected yeast is bread yeast, i.e., the yeast which is circulated on the commercial market for producing bread; and every gram of bread yeast dry powder contains 100 hundred millions of cfu active yeasts; the water content of the prepared composite bacteria preparation generally does not exceed 9.0 percent; the composite bacteria preparation can be stored for 3-6 months under a vacuum package condition; the number of the yeasts is kept basically unchanged; and the number of the active lactic acid bacteria is kept at about 50-65 percent. The fermentation can be excellently started by inoculating 0.1-0.2 percent of composite bacteria product in the livestock and poultry fermented feed.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a composite bacterium, in particular to a method for preparing a composite bacterium preparation for livestock and poultry fermented feed, and an application thereof. Background technique [0002] Fermented feed means that under artificial control conditions, microorganisms decompose or transform anti-nutritional factors in plant, animal and mineral substances through their own metabolic activities, and produce higher nutrients that can be digested and absorbed by livestock. And non-toxic feed raw materials. The microorganisms that produce fermented feed for livestock and poultry mainly include yeast and lactic acid bacteria, and sometimes a small amount of Bacillus. But for ordinary livestock and poultry feed, if the water content reaches more than 30%, an appropriate amount of yeast and lactic acid bacteria are enough to start fermentation. At present, the livestock and poultry breeding industry has gradually begun to promo...
