The upper computer monitor system for the wind turbine simulator sets operating parameters; the characteristic simulating control system for the full-condition wind turbine reads required data in each control cycle, operates simulation algorithms, and outputs torque commands to the drag converter of the electromechanical servo system for the wind turbine simulator; the drag converter controls a drag motor to output torques, and the operating characteristics of the wind turbine are simulated.
