Abstract

The invention discloses a coiler mandrel, comprising a threaded rod, a coiling rod, a jackstay and an internal threaded tube, wherein the threaded rod is fixed on the box body of a gear box and is coincident with the axis of a main shaft; one end of the coiling rod is fixedly connected with the main shaft and the other end of the coiling rod is in rotating fit with the end part of the threaded rod; one end of the jackstay is in rotating fit with the end part of the main shaft and the other end of the jackstay is fixedly connected with the internal threaded tube; the jackstay is composed of multiple sections and each two sections are in rotating fit; and the internal threaded tube is matched with the threaded rod. With a simple mechanical structure, the coiler mandrel is capable of tensioning a steel coil during the coiling process, thereby reducing the production cost.
