Special water for steam injection is mixed and heated by a solar vacuum heat collecting tube bundle and wind energy, heat circulation of the special water for steam injection is forced to implement by a hot water circulating pump, the heating temperature of hot water is controlled by a temperature control valve, the steam is generated after the water temperature reaches a boiling point, and then the steam enters a steam and water separating chamber.
